This place offers a budget-friendly room with a clean private bathroom and is conveniently located in a quiet area, close to a Panera Bread where you can grab coffee within a short walk.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional.With elevator out, desk clerk helped adjust room assignment to accommodate my limitation. Later, another clerk assisted with chair lift at pool. Everyone was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast bar was best I've ever seen in range of foods offered. Sure want to stay here again.

Great location and very comfy room. Loved the soft, down comforter type blankets. Nice little seating area. The bed was a bit hard, but all and all it was way nicer than the Best Western in the same area. WiFi worked great.

The bed was a bit hard and there were no movies available. I wished breakfast was available until 10 or 10:30. No towel bars to hang your towels up. Most hotels ask that you reuse your towels but where do you hang them?

The staff here is amazing and very attentive to all your needs, plus the room comes with a jacuzzi.

The rooms come with a mini fridge and a walk-in shower. the hotel's location is perfect, near the highway, with good restaurants, shopping areas, the mall. Check-in is quick.

We arrived in Chicago @ 7am with a 3 pm check in time. I called the hotel and the staff person empathized with our situation (I. E. Didn't parrot policy) and made arrangements for an early check in. Also liked that they have a free arrangement with a local gym.

The hospitality and especially complimentary lemon water.

There was nothing wrong at all with the stay except for we couldn't stay longer.

when i am in merrillville, i like staying here. the hotel is fantastic, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is fairly clean. the location is particularly good and personnel is really helpful. it is found in a nice quiet area. the room is brand-new & cheap. the rate is me$ 61, satisfied.
